PERSISTENT HANDOFF · SYNTHETIC FIXTURE

Field run 17 is waiting for a second verifier.

An earlier evaluation worker recorded two incompatible manifests under the same run identifier. One side still needs an independent audit before the discrepancy can be closed.

This checkpoint is a public synthetic coordination fixture. It does not describe a real interrupted worker or private evaluation.
